ABOUT OUR SOY CANDLES
Here at P.F., we keep our ingredients simple: 100% domestically grown soy wax, fine fragrance oils, and cotton-core wicks. Our candles are hand-poured into apothecary inspired amber jars, and finished with a utilitarian label and twist-on brass lid. All of our candles are designed, produced, and shipped from our Los Angeles studio.
Vegan and cruelty-free (never tested on animals).
Mini (3.5 oz): Our mini size is great for traveling, for your desk, or testing new scents in smaller spaces like bathrooms. Burns for 20-25 hours. Measures 2.25" in diameter and 2.75" in height.
Standard (7.2 oz): Our classic size, a great bang for your buck. Burns for 40-50 hours. Measures 2.75" in diameter and 3.75" in height.
Large (12.5 oz): This size is meant for larger spaces, rooms with higher ceilings, or those who just want a stronger scent throw. Burns for 60-70 hours. Measures 3.5" in diameter and 3.75" in height.
CANDLE CARE 101
+Trim your wick to 1/4" before each lighting.
+Allow the melted wax pool to reach the edges of the jar before extinguishing to prevent wax from building along the sides of the jar and tunneling.
+We recommend burning for approximately 3 hours at a time, though no longer than 4 hours.
+Never leave a candle burning unattended or within reach of drafts, pets, or small children.
+Candle jar will be hot after burning, so allow wax to cool completely before handling.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Once a package is picked up and scanned in by our carrier, the shipping / delivery status is no longer within our control; we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or third party items.
We get it - trying scents online is tough, that’s why we have a 100% satisfaction policy. If you aren’t happy with your purchase, please reach out to our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org
and we’ll help get the process started. As a growing small business, we aren’t currently able to cover shipping costs, but are always happy to ship exchanges at no extra charge.
Exchanges or returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and require proof of purchase (e.g. your P.F. order number, order confirmation email, store receipt). Refunds cover the cost of the item returned and do not include shipping fees.
We are currently unable to offer exchanges on international orders, we apologize for the inconvenience. If you’d like to return your order for a refund, please note that shipping costs for international returns are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping costs are not included in refunds for return orders.
If there’s one thing we know, it’s that you can never have too much P.F. If you’d prefer store credit instead of a refund, let us know and we’d be happy to help. Store credit is issued for the amount of the product and does not include shipping fees.

After placing your order, our e-commerce team will wrap it with care and ensure your package leaves our warehouse in The Netherlands within 1-3 business days. Gift notes are available upon request - just leave a note at checkout.
Once shipped, continental domestic orders may take 2-5 business days to arrive, dependent on location.
How we ship: international packages are shipped via PostNL. Rates are calculated by country, and typically take 2-5 working days to arrive.
Additional fees: international shipping cost does not include any additional import fees to which international shipments may be subject, including customs, duties, or fees calculated by country. Unfortunately P.F. has no control over this, and the customer is responsible for paying any and all custom duties and import fees. We are not able to mark any international packages as zero value or as gifts to avoid customs duties or fees.
